It was an honor to get the chance to be invited to the International Leadership Forum that was held at one of the prestigious Capitol Hill Club, a private clubhouse with its inception, members included the nation’s most influential people – Presidents and Vice Presidents, GOP Members of Congress, Governors, state party leaders and influential entities everywhere.
The Forum began with opening remarks from IGAPA board members and other industry leaders.
Followed by panel discussion exploring the leadership styles and strategies of international political leaders, with a focus on the lessons that public affairs professionals can learn from their successes and failures.
Next, was The Women’s Leadership forum.
This panel discussion focused on the challenges and opportunities facing women leaders in the public affairs industry, and how organizations can promote gender equality and diversity in their leadership ranks.
Four young inspiring women gave some insight views on how they combat gender inequality at the workplace.
It’s time for women to have an equal share of power and decision-making at all levels.
It ended with some fruitfull networking amongst us whilst enjoying some yummy light refreshments on ‘The Hill’ 🤩🥰 with Datin Rozy Abdul Raof & Adriana Kamelia AK on monday @june12,2023 in Washington DC
